Paint-and-Dry Complex, FSC, TWEKO

The TWEKO FSC series paint-and-dry complex is an industrial solution designed for applying and drying coatings on products made of wood, glass, plastic, metal and other materials. The system creates a stable working environment with filtered air, controlled temperature and positive pressure, helping achieve a high-quality surface finish.

The key feature of the FSC series is its two separate chambers that can operate independently. The first chamber is intended for applying primers, paints, enamels and lacquers, while the second is used for drying. The chambers share a common wall and are equipped with sliding doors, allowing products to be transferred directly from the painting area to the drying area.

Ventilation and Working Environment

The supply ventilation system delivers filtered and heated air into the working area. Multi-stage EU5 filtration captures dust and fine particles that could otherwise enter the booth from the surrounding production environment.

The balance between supply and exhaust airflow creates positive pressure inside the chamber, helping prevent contaminated outside air from entering the clean zone. This improves coating conditions and reduces the risk of surface defects.

Exhaust System

The painting chamber is equipped with a high-efficiency exhaust unit integrated into the side wall. Contaminated air passes through a dry two-stage EU3 filtration system, which captures paint overspray before the air is discharged from the working area.

Heating
