The TWEKO ASS-Cabin-1 extraction spray cabinet is compact professional equipment for applying coatings to small and medium-sized products made of wood, metal, plastic and other materials. The cabinet creates a localised coating area, actively removes paint overspray and cleans exhaust air through a two-stage dry filtration system.

The key feature of the ASS-Cabin series is its protective mini-cabin with 500 mm side panels. The enclosure limits the lateral spread of paint mist and allows the equipment to operate as a compact coating area without requiring a full-size enclosed spray booth.

Protective Mini-Cabin

The 500 mm protective side panels form a localised working area in front of the extraction section. This configuration reduces the lateral spread of paint overspray and improves its capture by the exhaust system.

Dry Filtration System

Rotating Worktable

The ASS-Cabin-1 is equipped with an integrated 450 mm diameter rotating table. It allows the operator to rotate the workpiece during coating and conveniently access different surfaces without repeatedly repositioning the product by hand.
