The TWEKO FPH series water-filtration spray booth is a professional industrial solution for applying protective and decorative coatings to automotive components, steel structures, equipment and other products. The system combines supply ventilation, air preparation and multi-stage wet filtration for efficient removal of paint overspray from the working area.
The FPH series is suitable for automotive workshops, manufacturing facilities and industrial paint shops. The equipment is installed directly on a level floor without a dedicated foundation or underground ventilation ducts, simplifying installation and allowing the system to be dismantled and relocated when required.

Coating Materials
FPH systems can be used with a wide range of coating materials, including primers, paints, enamels, lacquers and water-based coatings. Organised filtered airflow helps maintain stable coating conditions and reduces dust contamination in the working area.
Diagonal Airflow
A diagonal airflow pattern is created inside the working area to support effective removal of paint overspray and vapours from the coating zone. This airflow arrangement provides the air movement required for safe and productive operation.
Supply Ventilation
The supply ventilation system delivers a uniform flow of filtered air into the working area. Multi-stage EU5 filtration captures dust and other contaminants before the air enters the coating zone.
Depending on the selected configuration, the supply air can be heated to the required process temperature using a gas-fired or diesel-fired heating system.
Water Filtration System
The main feature of the FPH series is its multi-stage wet exhaust-air cleaning system. Paint overspray passes through water curtains and spray nozzles, where a significant proportion of paint particles is captured by the water. Final filtration is performed by a fiberglass EU4 Paint Stop filter.
- First stage: water curtains for primary paint-overspray capture
