The TWEKO AKFS Standart paint-and-dry booth is a professional solution for automotive service centres and body shops, designed for applying and drying coatings on passenger cars, vans, light commercial vehicles and individual body components.
The AKFS Standart series features a stationary design and is installed on a specially prepared foundation with ventilation ducts or on a steel platform structure. This configuration provides effective airflow through the working area and creates stable conditions for professional painting and drying.

Ventilation and Working Environment
The supply ventilation system provides a continuous and uniform flow of filtered air heated to the preset temperature. Multi-stage EU5 filtration captures dust and other contaminants before the air enters the working area.
The balanced supply and exhaust ventilation system creates positive pressure inside the booth, reducing the ingress of dust from the surrounding environment and helping maintain clean conditions during coating application.
Temperature Ranges
- Painting temperature: 16–24 °C
- Drying temperature: 20–80 °C
The required temperature is set by the operator from the control panel and automatically maintained according to the selected process mode.
Operating Modes
- Painting: supply of filtered and heated air with removal of paint overspray
- Purge: ventilation of the working area after coating application to remove residual vapours and overspray
- Drying: maintenance of the preset temperature and process time for coating drying
- Cooling: reduction of vehicle and booth temperature after the drying cycle
