TWEKO ASS Compact series dry-filtration extraction cabinets are compact professional systems for local removal of paint overspray during preparation and coating of products made of wood, metal, plastic and other materials. The active exhaust system captures contaminated air directly from the working area and cleans it through a two-stage dry filtration system.
The key feature of the ASS Compact series is its compact modular construction. The units can be installed as standalone extraction modules, built into a workshop wall or integrated into a spray booth. When required, several cabinets can be combined into a single extraction line for products of different sizes.

Dry Filtration System
Contaminated air containing paint overspray is actively drawn into the extraction system and passes through two consecutive dry-filtration stages. Overall filtration efficiency is at least 95%, corresponding to EU4 filtration class.
- First stage: cardboard labyrinth filter for capturing the majority of paint overspray
- Second stage: fiberglass Paint Stop filter for additional exhaust-air cleaning
Active Exhaust Ventilation
The ventilation system creates directional airflow from the working area toward the filtration section. This allows paint overspray to be removed directly during coating application and reduces its spread throughout the workshop.
Modular Construction
ASS Compact can operate as a single extraction module or as part of a multi-unit system. Several cabinets can be connected to create an extraction area of the required width and adapt the system to different product dimensions and production workflows.
