The TWEKO AS Hydro (ASH-1) water-curtain spray extraction cabinet is compact professional equipment for applying coatings to small products made of metal, wood, plastic and other materials. The cabinet creates a localised working area, actively extracts paint overspray and combines wet filtration with final dry air cleaning.

The key feature of the AS Hydro is its recirculating water-curtain system. Two wet-filtration stages capture a significant proportion of pigments, suspended particles and paint aerosols, while the final EU4 Paint Stop filter provides additional exhaust-air cleaning.

Water Curtain and Filtration System

Paint overspray is actively extracted from the working area and passes through a multi-stage cleaning system. The wet-filtration section operates with recirculated water, allowing water to be reused and reducing operating consumption.

• First stage: primary capture of paint particles by the water curtain
• Second stage: additional wet separation of aerosols and suspended particles

Active Exhaust System

The ventilation system provides an airflow capacity of 2,200 m³/h, creating continuous extraction across the working area and directing paint overspray into the filtration system. Air velocity inside the working area is 0.25–0.4 m/s.

Rotating Worktable

The cabinet is equipped with an integrated 450 × 450 mm rotating table. It allows the operator to rotate the workpiece without repeatedly repositioning it by hand, providing convenient access to different surfaces during coating application.
