The TWEKO FPS series dry-filtration spray booth is a versatile industrial solution for applying protective and decorative coatings to a wide range of products. The system combines supply ventilation, air preparation and high-efficiency dry filtration to create controlled conditions for professional coating application.

The FPS series is suitable for automotive workshops, manufacturing facilities and industrial paint shops and can be used both for new coating areas and for upgrading existing production lines. The system is installed directly on a level floor without a dedicated foundation or underground ventilation ducts, simplifying installation and allowing relocation when production requirements change.

Coating Materials

FPS systems can be used with a wide range of coating materials, including primers, paints, enamels, lacquers and water-based coatings. A stable flow of filtered air helps maintain a clean working area and provides suitable conditions for coating application.

Supply Ventilation

The supply ventilation system delivers a continuous flow of filtered air into the working area. Multi-stage EU5 filtration captures dust and other contaminants before the air enters the painting zone.

Depending on the selected configuration, the supply air can be heated to the required process temperature using gas-fired or diesel-fired heating equipment.

Dry Paint-Overspray Filtration

Contaminated air containing paint overspray passes through a two-stage dry EU4 filtration system. The overall filtration efficiency is at least 95%.

• First stage: cardboard labyrinth filter for capturing the majority of paint overspray
• Second stage: fiberglass Paint Stop filter for additional air cleaning
