The TWEKO APP FlatFloor preparation station is a professional solution for cleaning, sanding, filling, priming and polishing vehicle bodies and components. The station creates a localised working area with effective extraction of dust and contaminated air, improving working conditions and surface preparation quality before painting.
The key feature of the APP FlatFloor series is its installation directly on a level floor without a dedicated foundation or underground air ducts. The quick-assembly structure simplifies installation, while the station can be dismantled and relocated to another work area or building when required.

Dust and Contaminated Air Extraction
Sanding and other preparation operations generate significant amounts of dust and fine airborne particles. The station’s exhaust system actively removes contaminated air from the working area and directs it through the filtration system.
Protective curtains isolate the preparation area and reduce the spread of dust throughout the workshop. This allows preparation work to be carried out without unnecessarily contaminating adjacent work areas.
Supply Air and Filtration
The ceiling structure is equipped with EU5 filter cassettes that provide a uniform flow of filtered air into the working area. Continuous airflow helps remove dust from the work zone and creates more comfortable conditions for personnel.
