Highly Mobile Spray Booth, MKF, TWEKO

The TWEKO MKF series highly mobile spray booth is a compact industrial solution for applying coatings to large products where production space is limited. The booth features a retractable portal enclosure that can be deployed quickly without special equipment and occupies minimal floor space when folded.

The MKF design makes it possible to create a professional painting area without permanently allocating a large section of the workshop to a fixed booth. Products can be positioned using an overhead crane, forklift, trolley or another suitable handling method, after which the mobile enclosure is extended around them. This is particularly useful for heavy and oversized products that are difficult to move into a stationary spray booth.

Mobile Retractable Design

The booth consists of a steel portal structure mounted on wheels and covered with a durable non-combustible material. To prepare the system for operation, the sections are extended along the product to create an isolated painting area.

Ventilation and Airflow

The ventilation system provides uniform movement of clean air through the working area and rapidly removes paint overspray. The booth operates on a positive-pressure principle, reducing the ingress of dust and other contaminants from the surrounding production environment onto freshly coated surfaces.

Contaminated air is removed through an exhaust system located at the end of the booth. The ventilation unit can be installed directly behind the enclosure or outside the production building.
