Edge Bander for Shaped or Straightened Pieces, EB-SM.3, FAHDITALIA

The FAHDITALIA EB-SM.3 edge banding machine for straight and curved parts is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS, veneer and thin wooden strips to furniture components. The machine is used in furniture workshops and small production facilities for processing fronts, worktops, decorative panels and other complex or non-standard shaped parts.

The EB-SM.3 model can process straight, convex and concave curved workpieces with a minimum concave curve radius of 20 mm. The machine works with panels from 10 to 60 mm thick and roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick. Compared with the basic EB-SM model, this version includes a Ø800 mm workpiece support, an end trimming unit and a finishing trimming unit, expanding the possibilities for edge processing after bonding.
