The FAHDITALIA ONE edge banding machine is designed for automatic edge banding of furniture parts with melamine, PVC, ABS and veneer edge materials. The machine is used in furniture workshops and small production facilities for high-quality edge application on panels, front elements, cabinet parts and other board-based workpieces.
The ONE model combines automatic panel feeding, glue application, edge pressing, end trimming and finishing trimming of overhangs. The machine works with panels from 10 to 45 mm thick, edge material from 0.4 to 2 mm thick and edge rolls up to 600 mm in diameter. Thanks to PLC control, automatic temperature control of the glue unit and an integrated diagnostic system, the machine ensures stable edge banding in a single pass.
