The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/8RA automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.60/8RA model provides automatic panel feeding, pre-milling, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming, finishing trimming of edge overhangs and corner rounding. The machine works with panels from 10 to 60 mm thick, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick, and can also process strip edge material up to 5 mm thick with the optional strip edge processing kit. Thanks to the corner rounding unit, PLC control via a 7″ touchscreen panel and quick-change glue pot system, this model is a productive solution for a complete automatic edge banding cycle.
