The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.50/7R automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.50/7R model provides automatic panel feeding, pre-milling, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming and finishing trimming of edge overhangs. The machine works with panels from 12 to 50 mm thick, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and has a feed speed of 12 m/min. Thanks to the pre-milling unit, PLC control via a 7″ touchscreen panel and available spaces for additional units, this model is a productive and flexible solution for automatic edge banding.
