The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/6 automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.60/6 model provides automatic panel feeding, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming and finishing trimming of edge overhangs. The machine works with panels from 9 to 60 mm thick, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and has a feed speed of 9.5 m/min. Thanks to PLC control of the working units, quick-change glue pot system and the possibility to add extra units, this model is a functional solution for stable automatic edge banding.
