The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/6RA COMPACT automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling and corner rounding units is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.60/6RA COMPACT model combines automatic panel feeding, pre-milling, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming, finishing trimming of edge overhangs and corner rounding. The machine works with panels from 10 to 45 mm thick, with an optional extension up to 60 mm, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and strip edge material up to 5 mm thick with the optional strip edge processing kit. Thanks to its compact structure, pre-milling unit, single-motor corner rounding unit and PLC control via a 7″ touchscreen panel, this model is an effective solution for high-quality automatic edge banding.
