Automatic edge banding machine FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/8RA2.CN is designed for automatic edging of furniture components using melamine, PVC, ABS, and solid wood edge materials. The machine is suitable for furniture production, joinery workshops, and companies specializing in the manufacture of cabinet furniture, doors, and interior components made from panel materials.
The ASTRA.60/8RA2.CN provides a comprehensive edge processing cycle including pre-milling, glue application, edge pressing, end trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, edge scraping, glue residue removal, and buffing. The machine processes panels from 10 to 60 mm thick, roll-fed edge materials from 0.4 to 3 mm thick, and edge strips up to 5 mm thick. The operating units are managed by PLC through a 10-inch touchscreen, while selected units are positioned by servo motors with CN numerical control. This configuration provides convenient adjustment, high positioning repeatability, and consistent processing quality in serial production.
