The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/8RA2 automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.60/8RA2 model provides automatic panel feeding, pre-milling, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming, finishing trimming of edge overhangs and corner rounding. The machine works with panels from 10 to 60 mm thick, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick, and also supports strip edge material up to 5 mm thick. Unlike the version with a single-motor corner rounding unit, the ASTRA.60/8RA2 model is equipped with a two-motor corner rounding unit, improving productivity and finishing quality.
