Automatic edge banding machine FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/7R is designed for edging the ends of furniture components with melamine, PVC, ABS, and solid wood edge materials. The machine is suitable for furniture production, joinery workshops, and companies specializing in the manufacture of cabinet furniture, doors, and interior components made from panel materials.

The ASTRA.60/7R model provides automatic panel feeding, pre-milling, glue application, cutting of roll-fed edge material, end trimming, and finish trimming of edge overhangs. The machine processes panels from 9 to 60 mm thick and roll-fed edge materials from 0.4 to 3 mm thick. It can also process solid wood edge strips up to 5 mm thick when equipped with the appropriate optional kit. Thanks to PLC control of the working units, a quick-change glue pot system, and a wide range of optional equipment, the model is a productive solution for automatic edge banding in serial production.
