The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.50/6 automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies manufacturing cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements from board-based materials.
The ASTRA.50/6 model provides automatic panel feeding, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming and edge overhang trimming. The machine works with panels from 12 to 50 mm thick, edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and has a feed speed of 12 m/min. Thanks to the 7″ touchscreen control panel, quick-change glue pot system and available spaces for additional units, this model is a compact and flexible solution for automatic edge banding.
