The FAHDITALIA EB.92 edge banding machine for straight and curved parts is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS, veneer and thin wooden strips to furniture components. The machine is used in furniture workshops and small production facilities for processing fronts, worktops, decorative panels and other complex or non-standard shaped parts.
The EB.92 model can process straight and curved workpieces, including parts with a minimum concave curve radius of 20 mm. The machine works with panels from 10 to 60 mm thick and roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick. Thanks to two glue application rollers, an electronic edge material length measuring system, an encoder for precise cutting and manual / automatic trimming modes, this model provides convenient and repeatable edge banding of parts with different shapes.
