The FAHDITALIA EB-R.EC edge banding machine for straight and curved parts is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS, veneer and thin wooden strips to furniture components. The machine is used in furniture production for processing fronts, worktops, decorative panels, large-format parts and other complex or non-standard shaped elements.
The EB-R.EC model is designed for straight and curved parts, features a rotary table for processing large panels and supports edge material from 1 to 3 mm thick. The machine works with panels from 10 to 60 mm thick and edge height from 18 to 64 mm. Thanks to the pre-milling unit, gluing and pressure unit, end trimming unit, finishing trimming unit and corner rounding unit, the model provides a complete edge processing cycle.
