The FAHDITALIA ASTRA.60/4 COMPACT automatic edge banding machine is designed for applying edge materials made of melamine, PVC, ABS and solid wood to furniture parts. The machine is used in furniture production, woodworking workshops and companies specializing in cabinet furniture, doors and interior elements made of board-based materials.
The ASTRA.60/4 COMPACT model combines automatic panel feeding, glue application, roll edge material cutting, end trimming and trimming of edge overhangs. The machine works with panels from 9 to 60 mm thick, roll edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thick and has a feed speed of 10 m/min. Thanks to its compact 2700 mm length, PLC control via a 7″ touchscreen panel and quick-change glue pot system, this model is a practical solution for automatic edge banding where production space is limited.
