The SCD 1100 H is a high-precision pressure testing machine designed for detecting invisible cracks in complex engine components like cylinder heads. This machine enables complete immersion of the cylinder head in heated, pressurized water, which helps reveal even the tiniest defects. With the cylinder head secured on a 360° rotating table, cracks become visible thanks to the innovative heating and compressed air technology, enhancing diagnostic accuracy.
The SCD 1100 H features a large 500-liter tank equipped with two heating elements, each with a 10 kW capacity, maintaining an optimal temperature of 80°C to ensure effective defect detection. Its 380 V power system guarantees stable operation even under high loads, making this machine an ideal choice for professional workshops.
