The PTR 1600 LH is a hydraulic pressure tester designed for checking the integrity of cylinder heads. It enables quick and accurate detection of cracks, leaks, and cooling circuit integrity in engines. The testing process involves sealing the cooling circuit outlets of the cylinder head with rubber plugs and injecting air under pressure. The head is then submerged in a hot water tank, and if there are cracks, air bubbles will be observed rising through the water.

The PTR 1600 LH is equipped with a programmable heater for daily water heating, and the electronic thermostat allows temperature regulation between 0 and 90 °C. Hydraulic levers control the movement of the cradle, which can rotate 360 degrees, providing full access to the part from any angle. The insulated tank and cover significantly reduce operational costs while ensuring efficiency and reliability.
