The CNC-YF-86120 spring coiling machine is engineered for processing heavy-duty wire with a diameter range of 6.0 to 12.0 mm, supporting high-volume production with a speed of up to 150 pcs/min.
It features 6 axes, dual external diameter servo drives (5.5 kW each), two powerful cutting units (11.0 kW each), and a high-performance wire feeding drive rated at 30 kW. The step axis is reinforced with 4.5 kW for enhanced precision under load.
