The CNC-YF-8512 classic spring coiling machine is designed for high-speed production of compression springs made from wire with a diameter of 0.2 to 1.2 mm. Operating at speeds up to 560 pcs/min, it features a 1.2 kW wire feed servo motor and a 0.75 kW cam servo motor.
Two independent 0.4 kW servo motors control the cutting mechanism, enabling precise and consistent cuts. The machine supports wire feed accuracy of ±0.01 mm and cam angle control from ±0.1° to ±359.9°.
