The VPT160 is a high-precision machine designed for testing the integrity of cylinder heads and engine blocks under pressure. This tester allows for the easy and accurate detection of cracks and leaks by immersing components in hot water. With a stainless steel, insulated tank, heat loss is minimized, making the process highly energy-efficient. Two independent heating elements maintain the required water temperature, while a programmable timer helps optimize energy consumption.
The machine can handle cylinder heads up to 1350 mm in length, using a hydraulic system to move heavy components. The cradle, capable of 360° rotation, enables full inspection, even when the head is fully submerged.
