Cylinder Head Pressure Tester, PHT160, AZ

PHT160 is a hydraulic pressure tester for cylinder heads and engine blocks. Like the PHT120, it quickly detects cracks and cooling-circuit leaks: all ports are sealed with rubber plugs, the circuit is pressurized with compressed air, and the part is immersed in hot water — leaks are revealed by air bubbles. An automatic programmer controls heating (start/stop/time) and an electronic temperature regulator maintains the set point. The easy-clamping cradle offers 360° rotation and vertical travel, while the thermo-insulated stainless tank reduces energy use and allows quick draining and cleaning. Safe low-voltage control: 24 V.
