PHT120 is a hydraulic pressure tester for cylinder heads and engine blocks, designed to quickly detect cracks and leaks in the cooling circuits. An automatic programmer controls water heating (start/stop/time), while an electronic temperature regulator with dial display maintains the set temperature. The easy clamping cradle rotates 360° and moves vertically for comfortable positioning. A thermo-insulated stainless-steel tank minimizes energy consumption and allows quick draining and cleaning.
Working principle:
- All coolant ports are sealed with rubber plugs.
- Compressed air pressurizes the circuit and the part is immersed in hot water.
- Leaks are revealed by air bubbles rising to the surface.
Benefits:
- Minimum maintenance and user-friendly operation; safe low-voltage control 24 V.
- Automatic heating programmer + electronic temperature regulator.
- Cradle with 360° rotation and vertical travel for fast, secure clamping.
- Thermo-insulated stainless tank for low consumption; easy emptying and cleaning.
