The SPX2000 is a surface grinding and milling machine with PLC control. Built on the SP2000 platform, it features a rugged cast-iron base with precision-ground, matched ways, flat and V-way construction for accurate parallelism and side-to-side tracking, and box-type cast-iron columns with dovetail ways and precision spindle bearings. Practical fixturing enables fast setups, while the infinitely variable table traverse delivers the exact finish required for today’s gasket materials.
