The RP1300 is a high-tech machine designed for grinding and milling cylinder heads and engine blocks for both cars and trucks, as well as other flat surfaces requiring high precision. The RP1300 combines classic and modern engineering solutions, such as flat and V-shaped guides, which ensure smooth movement and stability at low speeds. The ball screw feed system, with a wide range of adjustable feed speeds and variable spindle speed control via an inverter, allows for high accuracy.
The RP1300-M version is upgraded with CBN-PCD tooling for high-speed resurfacing of cast iron and aluminum heads. The standard setup includes a segmented grinding wheel for processing cast iron and aluminum, as well as a cooling system with a pump to maintain optimal temperature. All control elements are located on a rotating panel, making it easy and convenient for the operator to make adjustments.
