The FAHDITALIA MB 35 multi-spindle boring machine is designed for high-precision drilling of hole groups in furniture parts, boards, panels and other workpieces made of wood and wood-based materials. The machine is used in furniture production for drilling holes for dowels, fittings, fastening elements and cabinet furniture assembly systems.
The MB 35 model is equipped with one boring head with 35 spindles arranged at a 32 mm pitch. The total spindle center distance is 1088 mm, the maximum drilling depth is 85 mm, and the pneumatic boring head rotation from 0° to 90° allows different types of boring operations to be performed. Thanks to the large number of spindles, increased drilling depth, pneumatic control and precise adjustment systems, the machine provides productive and repeatable machining in serial production.
