Louver Groover, CP 28, FAHDITALIA

The FAHDITALIA CP 28 slotting machine for louver slats is designed for cutting slots in solid wood workpieces, furniture boards and other wood-based materials. The machine is used in woodworking and furniture production for manufacturing parts with louver slats, frame structures, decorative elements and other products where accurate and repeatable angled slotting is required.

The CP 28 model is equipped with a spindle tilting range of 20°–45°, supports standard 27 / 36 mm chains and provides slot cutting up to 20 mm deep and up to 120 mm long. The machine can work with tenons from 20 × 40 mm to 100 × 110 mm, has a 3 HP motor and a chuck rotation speed of 9600 rpm. Thanks to the adjustable chain / template support, templates and hole counter, the model is suitable for serial production of identical slots for louver slats.
