TMK-Series are universal crank presses with flywheel drive, providing a press force from 3,000 to 15,000 kN and table lengths between 3,000 and 3,660 mm. Their modular design allows integration with automation components and quick die change systems, making them an ideal solution for a wide range of production tasks.
TMK crank presses efficiently perform cutting, drawing, embossing, punching, and calibrating operations, enabling multiple steps to be combined in a single sequence. They can be used with transfer or progressive dies, as well as coil feeding lines (decoiler, straightener, feeder). Quick die change systems — from hanging brackets to automatic frames and tandem carts — provide maximum production flexibility.
Advantages:
- Optimized crank drive kinematics for high-precision parts and long die life.
- Wide force application points increase resistance to tilting.
- High rigidity ensures repeatability even with varying material thickness and strength.
- Perfectly suited for processing high-strength steels.
- Reduced impact load during cutting protects the die and lowers noise.
- Pneumatic counterbalance system extends the service life of drive and bearings.
- Two counter-rotating drives compensate lateral forces and reduce slide guide load.
- Preloaded eight-point roller slide guides ensure minimal die clearance.
- Dry-running roller guides with lifetime lubrication prevent oil in the die area.
- Highly efficient slide bearing system thanks to material selection, surface treatment, and lubrication dosing.
