The design is monolithic with precision guides with ball screw transmission. There are two solutions: with one load sensor or with a turret equipped with 3 stationary sensors ready for operation. The device has a computer with a touch screen for running programs. The system with a new 16-bit microcontroller works on several axle control boards, touch sensors and load sensors connected in Canbus. Forced movements and positioning are performed at a feedback rate of 1000 Hz. The sensor is read 1000 times per second with a resolution of 32,700 divisions. The device is easy to operate: Tests can be carried out with the help of two buttons on the front panel, without referring to previously set programs, or by starting the program from the touch screen, which can be used even with gloves, in production conditions. Ease of programming
The device has 3 operating modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. Programming is done using our multi-language program based on Windows XP, very simple and intuitive. SPC (Firmware Control) is used to store and manage data. All tests are recorded on the hard disk (HDD), and the SPC is directly connected by an interface with Excel, so that the user can personalize the printout of the acts as much as possible.
