Combined Saw and Spindle Moulder, TENO 1600, FAHDITALIA

Combined saw and spindle moulder machines FAHDITALIA TENO 1600 / TENO 2200 are designed for sawing, milling, and profiling solid wood and panel-based materials. The machines combine a sliding table saw unit and a spindle moulder in a single structure, with separate motors for each unit. This configuration allows the main sawing and spindle moulding operations to be performed at one workstation, making the machines suitable for joinery workshops and small woodworking facilities where versatility and efficient use of floor space are important.

The TENO 1600 and TENO 2200 models differ in sliding carriage length — 1500 and 2200 mm respectively. The sawing unit is equipped with a Ø315 mm main saw blade and provides a maximum cutting height of 102 mm at 90° and 72 mm at 45°, with a standard rip cutting capacity of 850 mm. The spindle moulder supports spindle diameters of 30, 35, 40, or 50 mm, provides 190 mm of vertical travel, and offers four spindle speeds — 1500 / 3500 / 6000 / 8000 rpm. The sawing and spindle moulding units are powered by separate 3 HP motors.
