Planer-Thicknesser Combined, FS 410/S, FAHDITALIA

Combined surface and thickness planers FAHDITALIA FS 410/S / FS 515/S are designed for flattening solid wood workpieces and subsequently calibrating them to the required thickness. The machines combine surface planing and thickness planing functions in a single unit and are intended for professional joinery workshops and woodworking facilities where increased working width, stable workpiece feeding, and precise adjustment of machining parameters are required.

The FS 410/S and FS 515/S models are equipped with a common 110 mm diameter cutterblock with four knives operating at 5000 rpm. Working width is 410 mm on the FS 410/S and 515 mm on the FS 515/S. Maximum depth of cut is 5 mm, the thicknessing working height ranges from 4 to 225 mm, and the powered feed speed is adjustable from 8 to 14 m/min. Digital position indication is included, while powered lifting of the thicknessing table with electronic indication is available as an option.
