The FAHDITALIA CAV 600 five-head chain mortising machine is designed for slot cutting, mortising and drilling in solid wood workpieces, door and window elements, frame structures and other joinery products. The machine is used in woodworking production for making deep mortise joints, tenon sockets and for complex machining of door and window components.
The CAV 600 model is equipped with a chain mortising unit, vertical and horizontal tools, as well as a working head tiltable by ±45°. The machine provides a maximum slot length of 300 mm, maximum slot depth of 170 mm, working head transverse travel of 90 mm and console vertical travel of 150 mm. The maximum workpiece height is 1100 mm, allowing the machine to process large wooden components.
