RMK-Series are specialized crank presses designed for flat radiator production. They are available with a pressing force of 3,550 or 15,000 kN and can be supplied as stand-alone machines or complete turnkey solutions for fast and efficient processes.
RMK presses provide precise embossing of radiator panels with minimal material consumption and optimized stroke rates thanks to the synchronized system. All models are equipped with twin crank mechanisms to guarantee maximum forming accuracy, except the compact RMK 355, which achieves comparable results with a single crank mechanism.
Schuler also delivers dies and die-changing systems. Each press is test-run with original dies and coil material, ensuring rapid commissioning and reliable production start-up.
Advantages:
- Optimized stroke rates due to precise system synchronization.
- Extremely high rigidity for accurate forming results.
- High component accuracy and reliable process with minimal die wear.
- Simple and user-friendly operation.
- Optimized slide guides with special materials, surface treatment, and multi-circuit lubrication system.
- Extended service life of all components thanks to the balancing system.
