The SP1600 is an automated surface grinding and milling machine, ideal for cylinder head and block resurfacing in engine and high-performance shops. Fixturing enables quick, repeatable setups, while the infinitely variable table traverse delivers the exact finish required for today’s gasket materials. A power column helps the operator complete jobs fast. The rugged cast-iron base with precision-ground, matched ways, plus flat and V-way construction, ensures parallelism and stable side-to-side tracking. Cast-iron box-type columns with dovetail ways and precision spindle bearings make the SP Series durable and accurate.
