The RP1000 is a versatile machine designed for grinding and milling cylinder head and engine block surfaces for automotive engines. Built with a sturdy high-quality cast iron structure, including the base, table, column, and head, the RP1000 provides stability and durability even under intensive use. The table movement is driven by a ball screw feed system, ensuring high precision even at low speeds. Additionally, the machine features variable spindle rotation speed, allowing for optimal adjustment for different materials, including cast iron and aluminum surfaces.
The RP1000-M version is enhanced with a CBN/PCD/ALP milling plate for even more precise processing of cast iron and aluminum parts, including diesel heads with pre-chambers. This machine supports various operating modes – manual, continuous, and automatic – while the rotating control panel allows operators to conveniently adjust settings. The standard package includes a cooling system with a pump and tank, and a diamond dressing tool for the grinding wheel, enhancing the quality of surface finishing.
