The FAHDITALIA F 400 PRO and FAHDITALIA F 500 PRO surface planers are designed for high-precision flattening of solid wood workpieces, creating a reference surface and preparing material for further processing. The PRO series is intended for professional woodworking workshops and industrial woodworking facilities where high accuracy, productivity and consistent planing quality are required in daily operation.
The F 400 PRO and F 500 PRO models differ in working width and motor power: the F 400 PRO has a 410 mm working width and a 5.5 HP motor, while the F 500 PRO offers a 530 mm working width and a 7.5 HP motor. The machines are equipped with long surface planing tables, a 120 mm diameter cutterblock, four high-speed steel knives and a surface planing fence tiltable to 90° / 45°. The table movement on parallelogram-type connecting levers ensures accurate adjustment and stable machining geometry.
