Portable hardness tester with magnetic clamp base for Rockwell, surface Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers methods. The first portable hardness tester to meet ASTM E-18 E-10 E-110 E-103 E384 and ISO 6508 6507 6506 international hardness standards. The RSD MAG is a handheld, hand-operated digital hardness tester for an automatic, direct-reading hardness test cycle. Thanks to the magnetic clamping base, it is possible to test the hardness of very bulky samples directly in the production shop. It is not affected by direction at all, so it can work up to 360° degrees, even in an inverted position. Load forces are applied through a dynamometric load cell, which eliminates the problems associated with self-weight systems on traditional testers. It is not affected by external sources of vibration and does not need to be aligned. Reliable clamping on any surface, from round to flat, with self-aligning indenter with measuring axis. LCD screen, user-friendly interface, real-time statistics and graphs, as well as large archive storage. This hardness tester provides high accuracy and repeatability with every measurement. Hardness tests in the laboratory or on site on pipes, profiles, valves and large or small parts. For all metals: cast iron, steel, hardened steel, cast iron, brass, aluminum, copper and metal alloys. Heat treatment, hardening, nitriding, cementation and surfacing.
