Highly sensitive spectrophotometers for operation in the UV, visible and near-IR range
UV-From-BLICK spectrophotometers UV-3600i Plus and UV-3600 Plus are designed to work in the UV, visible and near-IR range of the spectrum and are characterized by high sensitivity, high resolution and ultra-low level of scattered light. The ability to work in a wide spectral range up to 3300 nm allows the determination of optical properties of various types of samples, including solids, powders, wafers, films and liquids. Applications include bandgap analysis, evaluation of coating characteristics and optical components.
High resolution, extremely low level of scattered light, wide spectral range. The high-performance optics of the device, which is based on two consecutive monochromators, allows to achieve an ultra-low level of scattered light (max. 0.00005 % at 340 nm) with a high resolution (maximum resolution: 0.1 nm). A wide spectral range from 185 to 3300 nm allows you to work not only in the UV and visible spectrum ranges, but also in the near-IR range, and as a result opens up possibilities for solving a wide range of tasks.
