MSD-Series TRITON servo presses feature a monobloc design and are delivered to your production site in a pre-assembled state, allowing for quick installation and rapid commissioning. This significantly reduces setup time and speeds up production start-up.
The welded frame, stress-relieved by annealing, ensures high rigidity and long service life. The unique Optimizer user interface includes a curve generator that optimally synchronizes slide kinematics with automation parameters, ensuring stable and reliable processes.
During die testing, maximum flexibility is guaranteed: adjustable setup speeds, the ability to stop the slide at any position, and reverse its motion when required. The Quick-Lift function allows the slide to be instantly moved to top dead center (TDC).
Advantages:
- Pre-assembled delivery and reduced on-site installation time.
- Significant productivity increase compared to conventional mechanical presses.
- Freely programmable stroke heights and motion sequences for maximum flexibility.
- Optimized motion sequences for higher part quality and longer die service life.
- Quick-Lift function shortens die testing and setup time.
- TRITON modular system: standardized components, digital solutions, energy efficiency, and high precision.
