The CD25 by AZ is a high-precision magnetoscope specifically designed to detect defects and cracks in metal components, such as crankshafts, cylinder heads, and other engine parts. With a powerful magnetic field and high-efficiency UV lamp, the CD25 ensures accurate detection of even the smallest defects. A special indicator liquid with magnetic particles is sprayed onto the part’s surface, and after magnetization, the UV light causes these particles to fluoresce at the crack zones, enabling precise assessment of the part’s condition.
The CD25 also features convenient pedal control, ideal for situations where hands-free operation is needed. A protective shield prevents the operator from contact with sprayed liquid during processing, enhancing safety. The CD25 has a durable and ergonomic design, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
