The PDY-1000 is an immersion washing machine for large industrial parts from MuTeks Makina. It provides effective cleaning of parts by immersing them in a washing solution, using a pneumatic system to move the platform. This model is suitable for handling heavy and bulky components, allowing for thorough removal of oils, dirt, and other contaminants.
The PDY-1000 is equipped with a chrome AISI tank with a capacity of 1900 liters, enabling it to handle large batches of parts. The platform, measuring 1300×900 mm, supports loads up to 1000 kg. The adjustable mixing system and thermostat (temperature range of 20 to 90°C) allow users to control the washing process for maximum efficiency.
