CP250 is a crankshaft straightening press. After inspecting the shaft with a magnetoscope, the press is used to remove misalignment quickly and accurately. The crankshaft rests on length-adjustable V-blocks and is pulled by a special hook connected to a sliding hydraulic cylinder. Working pressure is generated by a manual pump with pressure gauge, while a dial indicator precisely monitors runout. The simple, robust design saves time before grinding.
Benefits:
- Fast, safe straightening of crankshafts.
- Accurate deflection control with a dial indicator.
- Adjustable V-blocks fit a wide range of shaft lengths.
- Sliding hydraulic cylinder with quick hook clamp.
