SMARTCUT-1250 is a compact automated line for feeding, straightening, and cutting coil metal, combining high precision, stable operation, and easy control. The system is equipped with DELTA electronic control and fully integrated units, ensuring efficient performance in continuous operation.

- Straightening unit with 5 straightening and 2 feeding rollers Ø90 mm (60–62 HRC).
- CM-1200 guillotine shears with 4 cutting edges and eccentric drive mechanism.
- Decoiler (mechanical or hydraulic) for coils up to 10,000 kg.
- External encoder for precise material feed control.
