The CNC-YF-8680 spring coiling machine is designed for processing thick wire with diameters ranging from 3.0 to 8.0 mm. It combines high torque and precision, capable of producing large springs at speeds of up to 150 pcs/min.
This model features a 15.0 kW wire feeding servo motor, dual 2.7 kW outer diameter control motors, and a cutting system powered by two 4.5 kW servo drives. These systems work together to deliver high-performance operation with minimal setup time.
